• Information you give us: when you join the waitlist, we collect your first name and email address.
• Information collected automatically: basic usage data (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from your IP) and — only with your consent — advertising and analytics identifiers via cookies and similar technologies.

• To add you to our waitlist and notify you when we launch.
• To send your founding-member discount and occasional product updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure interest, understand traffic, and improve the site.
• With your consent, to measure and target advertising (e.g., via the Meta Pixel).
• To comply with our legal obligations.

• Essential / functional storage: we use small amounts of local storage to remember your preferences (e.g., that you dismissed the launch banner, or your cookie choice). These are necessary for the site to work and don’t track you across other sites.
• Analytics & advertising (consent-based): if you accept cookies, we load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and helps us measure page views and waitlist sign-ups and reach similar audiences with ads. This data is shared with Meta. The pixel does not load unless you accept.
• Your choice: use the cookie banner to accept or decline, or “Cookie settings” in the footer to change it. You can also manage cookies in your browser and your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under appropriate safeguards:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for waitlist sign-ups.
• Meta Platforms — advertising and measurement (only if you consent to cookies).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Our email provider, to send launch and marketing emails (when configured).
• Authorities or others where required by law.

We keep your waitlist information until our launch and for a reasonable period afterward to send your discount and updates, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent or opt out of marketing — every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Opt out of advertising cookies by declining the banner.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
